Hour 1 segment 3: The undercover law enforcement officers who shot Winston Boogie Smith in Minneapolis this summer will not face charges. Hennepin County attorney Mike Freeman turned the case over to the Crow Wing County attorney, one of the whitest areas of the state.

Hour 2 segment 1: Wisconsin has 41 of the 50 drunkest counties in the United States. In fact all 50 were in the upper midwest, including one in Minnesota (Le Sueur county).

Hour 2 segment 2: The MN COVID-19 update. And how rural America could be facing years or even a decade of COVID case spikes.

Hour 2 segment 3: The disturbing trend of more gets having COVID cases and hospitalizations. Also more details on the choice not to prosecute the officers who shot and killed Winston Boogie Smith earlier this summer. While streaming a YouTube video in his squad car, the Ramsey County Sheriff, Bob Fletcher,  “predicted” that there could be a shooting at St. Paul’s Truck Park. What actions were taken to prevent the eventual shooting that did happen?
