Hour 1 segment 4: The Minnesota Reformer reports a Republican Senate bill would give the state medical practice board discretion to turn down investigations of complaints made against doctors for comments made on social media, as long as they are not directly related to patient care. Hmm, what former Republican state Senator could that bill be made for?
