The MN COVID-19 update Commentary about how US Marshals didn’t have their body cameras on when they shot and killed Winston Boogie Smith in Uptown.

State Rep. Jamie Becker Finn (42B) provides updates on the legislature including environmental bills, strengthening sexual assault laws and more.

In hour 2 Kevin Maijala of the Minnesota Historical Society joins to talk about a bill being proposed by MN Republicans that would strip authority away from the Historical Society and give it to the legislature instead. After the interview Matt talks more about this bill and its author, Mary Kiffemeyer and the clear racism and white washing of history behind the proposal.
