Raymond’s artistic practice explores the many intersecting identities that make up our communities and individual selves. His queerness and traditional Lakota upbringing influence the themes and imagery found in his artwork.

Alfred Walking Bull (Hoyekiyapi) is an enrolled citizen of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in South Dakota and is based in Minneapolis, in the ancestral homelands of the Dakota and Anishinaabe people. He has 20 years of experience in journalism, communications, organizing, and facilitation.
