Today’s hosts are Robert Pilot, Wendy Pilot and Ogimaa Giniw Ikwe. Ogimaa has our news today. Then we talk about the crew opening a new store within the old Dayton’s Minneapolis location called the Native Roots trading post (opening November 18) which will highlight Native American makers and artists and their work. Robert and Wendy are also joined by Miiskogihmiiwan. who will be running the Native Roots trading post. In our sacred animals segment Wendy talks about a bill signed into law in Texas that makes the unlawful restraint of a dog a crime in Texas.
