In 2020, Bree founded the employment law firm of MJSB, representing employees harmed in the workplace by harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also counseled non-profits on governance and employment law matters, leveraging her experience inside corporations and large law firms. Prior to MJSB, Bree worked at Minneapolis-based law firms such as Robins Kaplan, Stinson, and Gray Plant, building teams and programs and executing best-in-class strategies to enable firms to partner and support their clients’ pricing and predictability goals. With roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Legal Project Management & Pricing, Bree developed countless important skills that remain highly relevant in her current work representing clients against powerful employers. Bree is also a licensed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Qualified Neutral and is a mediator of civil disputes big and small.
