Our emotions are far more important than many realize. They are imperative in every aspect of our existence and influence every decision, action, and reaction that we have. They affect our health, relationships, and our feelings of self-worth and self-esteem. Not expressing how we feel, or stuffing our emotions, doesn’t get rid of them, it is actually the recipe for mental and physical health issues (disease or chronic health issues) or not being able to fully live the life you deserve to live.
