Living Roots: The Land Institute’s Perennial Agriculture Book Launch on March 24

The Open Book Minneapolis will host a book launch for Living Roots: The Promise of Perennial Agriculture on Tuesday, March 24 from 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm. The event features agroecologist Liz Carlisle, author of Lentil Underground and Healing Grounds, alongside Aubrey Streit Krug, the Perennial Cultures Lab Director at the Land Institute. These experts will discuss their new collaborative work produced in partnership with the University of Minnesota’s Forever Green program.
