For the Big Interview, I’m checking back in with Isaac Johnson from the Trans Lawrence Coalition in Kansas. We’re diving into the fallout of SB 244, a law that is systematically stripping trans Kansans of their legal identities by forcing them to revert their driver’s licenses and birth certificates. Isaac shares the fear and uncertainty on the ground, but also the beautiful way the community is coming together to fundraise and support those who feel forced to flee the state.
