Lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings and Michigan AG puts the University of MI on notice

We discuss Gerika Mudra’s lawsuit against Buffalo Wild Wings for anti-LGBTQ discrimination. Sara Jane Baldwin, senior staff attorney at Gender Justice joins us to discuss the case. Gender Justice filed the charge of discrimination with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights on behalf of 18-year-old Gerika Mudra. In other legal news, the Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessell, has put the University of Michigan on notice: continue offering LGBTQ healthcare or face a lawsuit.
