20 States Sue RFK Jr. Over Healthcare

In December of last year, Health and Human Services Secretary RFK Jr, issued a so-called “declaration” slamming gender affirming care. Now 20 states have sued him to block his attempts to end gender affirming care in America. Joining us to discuss this case is an attorney from the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office working on the lawsuit: Lindsey Middlecamp, a Special Counsel for the Rule of Law with the Minnesota Attorney General’s office.
