Mindfulness Meditation Retreats – Oct. 20, Nov. 10, Dec. 7

These retreats are opportunities to further your understanding of mindfulness or inspire a daily practice. These practice periods invite you to intentionally step away from daily routines and the busyness of everyday life for the purpose of renewal. A skilled mindfulness teacher will provide guided instruction related to sitting meditation as well as gentle mindful movement. Click here to find out more and get the dates.


Introduction to Mindfulness – 4 Week Course – Starts Oct. 21

This 4-week course explores what mindfulness is (and isn’t) through direct experience and discussion. Each week we will investigate a different aspect of mindfulness and its implications for your life.

This workshop is a one day exploration of the concepts and practices of Theory U, a social technology for helping to bring about profound innovation and change. Theory U is being applied around the world by individuals, organizations and in multi-sector initiatives generating breakthrough possibilities around pressing organizational and societal issues.

Dr. Otto Scharmer will explore the concepts of systems evolution and transformation in economies, healthcare and education. He will make the case for a shift in consciousness and action from a focus on individual wellbeing toward that of the collective.
